Blend: Now open at Medlock Square
Say hello to Blend, Medlock Square’s newly opened café and wine bar, part of Manchester's rapidly growing entertainment destination.
Blend anchors Medlock Square into the local community. By day, it welcomes everyone from early morning runners and dog walkers arriving from the city centre down the canalside path, serving speciality coffee from GRIND alongside artisanal pastries and toasted sandwiches.
As evening falls, Blend transforms into an intimate wine bar, serving curated wines, cocktails and small plates, perfect those seeking a relaxed meet up before heading to Co-op Live or Etihad Stadium.
The space forms part of a wider culinary offering at Medlock Square, with the beverage programme overseen by Head of Bars and award winning cocktail creative, Cressida Lawlor.
Bookings aren’t required for Blend, casual walk-ins welcomed.
